Gate Valves are used for regulating flow in pipe line and in process industries for full open or full close system. The gate allows the flow when stem is raised and stops when it is lowered. It is used in high pressure lines like steam turbines. These valves are manufactured as per API 600/BS1414 standards, tested face to face as per ANSI B 16.10 and flange ends tested as per ANSI B 16.5. Seat rings wedges are made out of AISI 410 bars up to 2†& CS with 13% CR. steel facing for size above 2 ½â€.
