GAS FLUXES FOR WELDING/ BRAZING
Brazeweld Products manufactures Gas Fluxes For Welding/ Brazing. The products are autofluxers and ACY gas vapour flux. It is used where high rate of production is required. Advantages: Continuous brazing of job increases the output of the welder; since flux is automatically mixed with the fuel gas in a uniform ratio, therefore application of flux in less or excess quantity is avoided; Acygas flux (TMB) is a non- corrosive flux as compared to powder flux, therefore the corrosion of the base metal is avoided; no haphazard spilling of the flux on the job as oxide spots in this process, since the flux is mostly consumed in the flame itself - it also protects the surrounding area of the brazing seam; minimum residue on the job which can be cleaned easily with water or cloth; controlled flow of the filler material, thus saving on the brazing material; and gives an excellent weld finish.
