Kam-Avida Enviro Engineers manufactures Garbage Collection System - Kamskip. This series of Kam-Avida machinery includes rear-end loading compacitors, rotary compactors, single and twin skip loaders, hook loaders and stationery compactors. The equipment will optimise garbage collection and disposal procedures for both large-scale domestic and commercial waste, besides a minimum 50 per cent reduction in garbage transportation cost. The Kamskip single and twin skip loaders (SSL and TSL) have a gross vehicle weight of 10 tonnes. Model SSL can carry one large container while TSL can carry two small ones. There is a hydraulic swiveling arm that picks up the skip from the ground through a chain hook arrangement and place it on the platform. The skip is discharged by tipping. The company also manufactures waste load equipment in technical collaboration with Marathon Equipment Asia Pte Ltd.
