An innovative Fermat Gantry Multitask Centre, designed for multiple operations and machining of large work pieces in one set-up.
- All vertical surfaces are machined by a powerful 160 mm/16.3" spindle with a stroke of 1000 mm/139.37"
- In addition the ram will stoke 1600 mm/162.99" and has a massive 74 kW/99 HP spindle motor
- Horizontal machining is performed by a heavy duty automatic head with 60 kW/80 HP and 2500 Nm, and
- The head does continuous milling or may be positioned and hydraulically clamped, all head changes are accomplished automatically.
