These furnaces are designed for heat treatment of simple geometrical shapes, ie, coils, hairpins, discs, etc. Smaller sizes of springs can be loaded in the mesh-trays and can be passed on the conveyor for tempering process. For bigger and more complicated springs, the company offers a series of Springturbocon continuous furnaces with mesh belt conveyor, with adjustable height, forced air circulation with dynamically balanced turbine fans, electrical heating. These furnaces can be opened from top to allow an easy inspection of the tunnel even when working.
