Drilling one or more holes in the furnace and guiding the glass into a specially design water cooled sledge which is fitted with a high pressure water jet, which in turn carries, and sinters the molten glass and discharges in a predetermined area usually outside the factory. Specialized drilling equipment, draining equipment, including high-pressure water pumps, and glass flow control equipments are supplied by HAL for this service.
