R K Engineering has been operating for more than 30 years in the pollution control sector, manufacturing products like axial and centrifugal industrial fans, blowers, dust collectors, air curtains, portable ventilation axial/centrifugal fans ventilators, fume/dust/smoke extraction systems and ventilation systems. The company offers a Fume/Dust Extraction System built for rigorous industrial use. This captures pollution “at source”, filters and returns the valuable heated air to the workshop. The mobile fume extraction units are easily wheeled to any factory location where fume extraction is needed. Units are available with mechanical filtration elements. The mobile units arm/hood assembly, either one or two can be fitted, are completely flexible, self supporting and easily positioned, available in 2, 3 and 4 mtr length hoses. Units can be built for any electrical voltage. Nominal airflow range is from 300 cu. m/hr up to 6000 cu.m/hr and motor rating from 0.35 kW to 5.5 kW. The company is able to provide the inexpensive, reliable and effective air ventilation solutions, using the most advanced technologies and first quality raw materials. Its engineering department is supported by CAD and CAE software tools for design and engineering applications. Internal software programs have been developed to simulate the behaviour of every component.
