The company offers Formed Bellows, which are produced by a variety of processes, including cold forming (rolling), electroforming and hydroforming. Hydroformed bellows are produced by forcing a metal tube to expand under hydraulic pressure inside a bellows-shaped mould to assume the convoluted shape of the mould whereas rolled formed bellows are mechanically formed using rollers. Materials used: austenitic SS to grade 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 316Ti, 321, 347 inconel, incoloy, C276, etc; and titanium, titanium alloys; non-ferrous like copper, brass, phosphor bronze, etc. The company, with thirty years of experience in designing and manufacturing bellows, employs advanced technology and latest production techniques to manufacture bellows of excellent quality.
