Hulk Construction Equipments is the sole distributor in India for forklifts and other material handling products manufactured by M/s Dalian Forklift Co Ltd, China. Manufactured using technologies from Mitsubishi and Nissan of Japan, this is the only Chinese company that is able to produce forklifts from 1-45 tonnes including container handling equipment, container reach stackers and towing tractors. These forklifts are equipped with automatic transmission. All material handling equipment and particularly forklift trucks with automatic transmission are popular all over the world, because of their superiority over conventional gearbox-clutch combination. The major advantages of an automatic transmission over the clutch gearbox forklifts are as follows: increase in productivity – no clutching/declutching; faster down time; fuel saving in short stop-go cycles; and easier manoeuvrability in small places. The biggest factor that differentiates Hulk from all other leading manufacturers/importers of forklifts in India is the Japanese Isuzu engine. ISUZU engines worldwide are known for diesel engines and comprise of 50% of worlds total OEM production for forklifts.
