Columbia Research Laboratories offers self temperature compensating foil strain sensors. They measure fatigue load experienced by aircraft under various conditions of speed, weight, and mission configuration. The sensor package measures 0.45&8221; x 0.25&8221; x 0.14&8221;, and is available for all materials commonly used in aircraft fabrication.
