These are equipped with quick-change cut-off units for shearing, punching and sawing sheet metal sections in continuously operating roll forming systems. Highlights: large and comprehensive range for cost-effective sizes and versions; fully interchangeable shear, punch or saw units with quick and simple changeover; automatic synchronisation of flying cut-off speed with section line speed; microcomputer control systems for cut-to-length components; tool carrier for mounting additional tooling possible; photoelectric indexing system can be added to machines equipped with electronic controls; and, the electronic control can be provided with a serial interface to enable input of data from an external source. Special options; swarf blowing device; spray system for lubrication; oil pre-heating and oil by-pass circuit for hydraulically controlled machines; tool carrier for mounting additional tools; and, central hydraulic oil adjuster.
