Flyer Cleaning Drill

Texpert Indochina Ltd offers Flyer Cleaning Drill (Mini), which can be used to clean physical impurities such as fly fibre, dust etc, and chemicals impurities such as cotton wax, spin finish in synthetic fibres, etc. Its main components are electrical drill and flexible knitted shaft.
Working:

• The flexible knitted shaft can be attached to the drill, inserted into the flyer while rotating in the clockwise direction.
• The knitted surface is highly adsorbent, while rotating it is in constant & tight contact over the walls of the flyer thereby cleaning it.
• The flexible knitted shaft can be used both for dry cleaning and wet cleaning.
• Wet cleaning is where the flexible shaft is dipped in a solvent such as alcohol or petrol and used for cleaning. This solvent can help dissolve and remove chemical impurities.
• Dry cleaning is where the plain dry shaft is inserted and this helps remove physical obstructions in the roving channel.
• After the cleaning is effected the shaft can be removed by rotating it in the reverse direction.
