Seven-Hill Fluid Power has developed a range of Flow Monitors, based on the experience and expertise of personnel working in the same field over the last two decades. These are application engineered based on required features, reducing the clients’ flow monitoring complexities. For water applications, either processed or raw condition, turbine flow meters with mechanical counter and local digital display options are available. Even pulse and flow transmitters are available wherever application demands remote monitoring (e.g., control panels). Viscous media flow meters for applications of vanaspati, ghee and edible oil are offered with precision made gear mechanism with local display. For mineral oils like HSD/HSLS/HFO/kerosene, etc., ring piston type models are offered with local digital LCCD display and retransmission as option. For conductive media, the company offers electromagnetic flow meters that are proven and have good performance. Flow monitoring for vertical lines is offered in terms of variable area rotameters and the same method is also recommended for purge gas applications in glass tube and acrylic tubes.
