Flow Computer System For Upgrade Of Cox Series 300 Weigh-Time Calibrators
Cox Instruments, a division of Schutte & Koerting, has announced the introduction of a new electronic calibrator interface to improve the operation and data collection function of their Cox Series 300 Weigh Liquid Flow Calibrator Stands. This modular system allows a customer to upgrade hardware and software as time and budget permit. Turnkey field installation and training on the operation of this Y2K compliant system can be provided as well. The Model 46 10 can be powered by 120 or 240 V AC and comes with a remote keypad for ease of use in entering data and operating parameters for customer calibrations. It also ini tiates a self-test function upon power up and has a built-in RS-232 interface for communication with a personal computer. If security is a concern, optional password protection can be provided. Greatly improved accuracy is another reason to consider an upgrade utilizing the Model 46 10 Flow Computer system. Data acquisi tion capabilities of the Model 4610 and related software eliminate the need for transcription of data that can lead to errors and miscalculations. Data output is provided in units of mass or volume, and in English or Metric units.
