Nextec Technologies offers Measuring System suitable for shop floor application – ‘ Wizinspect ’. This is a laser-based production floor measuring system for high-speed inspection of mass produced box type components. The basic machine is built on CMM platform and offers an automatic alignment function, which obviates need of expensive fixtures for precise references. This is ideally suited for a volume-produced component, which warrants 100% inspection similar to engine blocks, cylinder heads, gearbox housings, differential housings, pump housings, etc. It is generally tailor made and comprises patented point laser probe, state-of-the-art motion control system, Geometrical function software etc. and can provide output for peripheral devises / material handling systems.
