Flexible Coolant System
Pacoline Industries offers a unique flexible coolant system (FCS). Bending in this system does not decrease the inside diameter of the passage as it does in copper or steel tubing. Unlike metal hose, FCS does not damage machine tool cutters if contact occurs. FCS is electrically nonconductive and hence ideal to use as an EDM flushing hose. It offers repeated position without any spring back or machine vibration. FCS is manufactured in premium grade material which is chemically resistant to all coolants, petroleum products and common chemicals like acetone, alcohol commercial, greases, lacquer solvent, oils and sodium hydroxide. Also available in a special acid resistant grade, FCS is designed for low pressure application. Maximum pressure for the hose system varies with the length of the hose and diameter of the selected nozzle and the bending angle. It is available in 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, and 3/4 inch, capacity to any desired length.
