Flat Belts are supplied in three different tension members like polyamide (nylon) known as P line, polyester known as E line and aramide known as A line construction with rubber & leather coating as a friction member.

  • Textile industries: bale opener (cover tape), blow room, carding, ring frame, TFO, dabbler
  • Pulp & paper industries: chipper, pulpers, cone dive, vacuum pump dryer, shelters and packaging.
  • Iron & steel industries: hot saw hot & cold rolling, billet grinder, wrapper and compressor
  • Marble & granite industries: gang saw, band saw, polishing machine drive belts
  • Engineering industries: mechanical metal sheet stamping press, lathe m/c, surface grinder, hammer, compressor, generator, pumps and blower

  • Flat belts are manufactured and supplied in different S D Values
  • 4, 6, 8, 10, 14, 20, 28, 40 54 and 80 kgf /cm belts at 1% elongation
  • Breaking strength: 21 % elongation
  • Running speed: Up to 100 m/s
  • Standard width: 450 mm (higher width is available on special order)
  • Power transmission flat belts are mostly used for energy saving purpose.
