Smart design concepts were adopted in design of plastic valves to meet aggressive conditions and applications. Ball valves are made with special designs so that the internal arrangement of the valve is intact at the time of installation. The torque on the stem and the handle is preset and it won?t change at the time of installation. This enhances the life of the valve and operating torque will be less. Unique sealing technique is adopted in sealing of Ravands non return valves and foot valves. Non rerun valve is closed at minimum pressures and ball struck is totally avoided. Pressure drop is minimum in open condition as the area of flow passage is more than the orifice area. Ball valves and non return valves are true union version so that the downstream can disconnected for any maintenance without disturbing the upstream. Ravands butterfly valves are made with specially compounded material to take shock loads and latest design concepts are adopted in designing of body and sealing parts. Ergonomically designed handle helps in easy operation of the valve. Above valves are supplied with different end connections, threaded, socket and flanged. The company also supplies the ball valves and butterfly valves in pneumatic and electric operated versions.
