Dr Sabharwal’s Manufacturing Labs, an ISO 9001: 2000 certified company, is engaged in manufacture of a range of products for the medical profession and hospital use. The range includes adhesive tapes USP; plaster of Paris bandages BP, PU bandage (light weight PU casting tape), etc. The company offers first aid kits having a doctor's touch. It is the actual manufacturer of all the items used in these first aid kits, which have the CE marking. All industrial plants and units are required to have first aid kits on the premises. The following items are declared compulsory by Motor Vehicle Act (CMVR): antiseptic cream containing 0.5% cetrimide BP in non greasy base; cetrimide cream BP 0.5% w/w – 5 gm tubes (2); sterilised dressings – gauze swab BP sterile (handloom woven) – 7.5 x 7.5 cm x 12 ply (4 pieces); sterilized elastic plaster – bandage elastic adhesive plaster sterile – 6 x 30 cm (unstretched); water proof plaster – adhesive first aid dressing (water proof) – 1.9 x 7.2 cm (5); gauze roll – absorbent gauze (as per schedule F-11, handloom woven) – roll of 7.5 x 2.5 mtr (3 rolls); and elastic bandages – cotton and rubber elastic bandage – 6 x 1 mtr (unstretched) – 1 roll.
