KPC Filtech offers Filter Elements. It suits various applications like water, gas, steam, solvents, process fluids, alkalies, acids, beverages and finished products to meet almost all filtration needs, chemical process, pharmaceuticals, food and beverages and electronic industry. These filter elements are available in various types namely fibre wound, melt blown, pleated membrane, sintered metal, stainless steel mesh for effective removal of fine particles down to 0.01 microns. Pleated synthetic media filter elements for use in pre-filter, final filter and sub micronic membrane filters are also offered. Metallic filter elements like sintered SS 316 and multi-layered SS mesh are ideal for applications calling for high strength, excellent corrosion and temperature resistance and having regenerable properties. The fibre wound and melt blown filter elements have true graded density and high dirt holding capacity resulting in higher flow rates and longer life. Sterile grade filter elements are designed to withstand multiple in line stream sterilisation or can be autoclaved. Specifications: Filter element type - spun, fibre wound, pleated, resin bonded - sintered, multi-layered mesh, pleated mesh, plain mesh; materials of media - polypropylene, polyester, cotton, ceramic, glass fibre, nylon, PTFE, PES, PVDF, stainless steel, bronze, hastalloy, monel; available pore size in microns - 0.01, 0.1, 0.2, 0.45, 0.5, 0.8, 1, 2, 3, 5,10, 20, 25, 40, 50, 75, 100 - 0.5, 1, 5, 10, 20, 25, 40, 50, 75,100, 150, 200; standard cartridge dimensions - 21/2" dia x 5, 10, 20, 30 and 40"L-2 1/2" dia x10, 20, 30 and 40"L or any other size; and standard end fitting style - double open end, threaded open end, double "O" ring and fin - double open end, threaded open end, double "O" ring and fin or any other. The other products offered are filter bags and basket strainer to retrofit into any existing filter housing.
