Industrial Products offers Filling Compounds, Ezefil. It is used to fill cracks and joints. It comprises a two component reactive polyurethane system. It sets to give a highly elastic, non-racking mass which can be used very effectively to fill and seal joints and cracks in all types of construction. Features: high elasticity - it is highly elastic and easily withstands the expansion and contraction of the substrate without cracking; high movement accommodation - it can be stretched to more than double its length without tearing and hence is excellent for filling of joints where the movement is large; excellent abrasion resistance -can withstand a great deal of wear and tear, thus ensuring long lasting service; excellent waterproofing properties - provides an impermeable barrier to the seepage of water; and good chemical resistance -has good resistance to mild acids, alkalies, oils, greases, etc. Application: for small cracks and joints - the system consists of two chemical components to be mixed in 1 to 1.5 ratio by weight, i.e., Ezefil 400 - 1 part and Ezefil 500 - 1.5 parts.
