Metal Perforation Pvt Ltd, Vadodara, manufactures perforated metals such as cold-rolled steel, brass, copper, aluminium, plastics, stainless steel, etc. Perforated metals are manufactured on high-speed automatic perforating machines. These machines are of two types - sectional perforating machines, which are capable of perforating plates having thickness from 2.00 to 10.00 mm and above; and all-across perforating machines that are capable of perforating sheets of 0.50 to 2.00 mm thickness. Maximum size of plates/sheets that can be perforated is 1500 mm x 3800 mm. The company also undertakes post-perforating process such as re shearing/straightening/notching/forming, etc. In case of applications where special finish including electroplating/powder coating/galvanizing/anodizing is required, the same can be provided at additional cost.
