Mianyang Prochema Commercial Co offers FEP Films, FEP-M. Its thickness is 0.0125 - 0.25mm; Width is 10-1220 mm; and Color is transparent & pigmented. Applications: 1. BOND - It is used for making the electric iron bottom board; felting the tie-in of F4 wax cloth zone, conveyer belt; the stickup layer in the middle of the F4 with copper board and jointing the F4 board after it is unfreezed. 2 Mould Release - FEP film lends itself to a myriad of different applications due to it"s wide range of physical characteristics. Having a very low coefficient of friction value (non-stick) makes it ideal for use as release sheets during the production of moulded composites/ laminates. Because of it"s high elongation and outstanding surface smoothness, this particular film can conform to complex mould contours allowing excellent finished part quality. 3. Electric window. 4. Dielectric - It is used for making the high-temperature basic material of the sticky tape and capacitor. 5. Gas sampling bag, deep biology freezing protection, FEP film can be used very effectively in the production of gas sampling bags due to it"s high temperature resistance, non-wetting surface, very low gas permeation and ease of welding/ heat sealing.
