Lavingia Enterprise offers face grinding machine developed for grinding the side faces of stone cutting circular saws. There are four models covering sizes (outer diameter) 400, 600, 1200 and 2000 mm. All of these are fully automatic and suitable for volume production or small batch production. The machines have programmable grinding dressing and spark-out parameters. The fully automatic cycle ensures high repeat accuracies of surfaces ground, and reduces fatigue to the operator. The machines are equipped with high cutting velocity wheels and achieve very high material removal rates and deliver excellent surface finish (0.8 micron). These machines are also suitable for grinding faces of HHS circular saws (including relief grinding), slitting cutters, circular cold saws, and a host of similar components.
