The company assures super fast deliveries, when time is at a premium with late changes and deadlines. A huge variety of stock of flats is maintained to fulfil all requirements. Bending and other fabrication work is carried out using modern equipment in an ISO 9001 assessed environment, ensuring highest quality standards. The company specialises in joining metals with high end brazing technology. Riser is one of the examples of special products used as high current carrying terminals for furnace transfer where two metals are brazed to withstand a very high oil pressure; pre-insulated-varnished/paper covered bus bars are available as required; and reduction of the cost by delivering JIT and reducing customers? inventory of flats and avoids generation of scrap and end pieces. In addition, the service can optionally be extended to include design and even fitting the finished bus bars in the users own site. The company also undertakes on-site brazing jobs. Standards: material is as per IS/BS/ASTM standards or as required; and range of copper bus bars successfully brazed and fabricated in various sizes. A single piece weighing more than 700 kg is fabricated as per users? requirements.
