Extension Springs

Bedisons Group manufactures a range of Extension Springs. An extension spring is the opposite of a compression spring, as push here becomes pull. Like compression springs they come in a variety of shapes and sizes. One of the most critical factors with these extension springs is the design of the hook. Extension springs capability: coil wire from .04” to .205”, but possible too use smaller as well as larger sizes. Materials: manufactured from a wide variety of materials including music wire, hard drawn, oil tempered, galvanized wire, stainless steels, and phosphor bronze, and many others, including stainless steel compression springs. Equipment: state-of-the-art wire forming capability as well as conventional spring coiling machines including: Bennet-Mahler, Toss, Torrington, and many more. The company also offers Bonnell Spring Forms, Springs & Wire Forms and Spring Units.
