Features: EPS beads enters the fluidised beds through charging material and expansion, then enters into the ageing silo through transporting fan to finish their auto-cycle expansion; feeding system includes the first- and second-feeders; photoelectric switch controls the level of materials in the auto-feeder of negative pressure to realize auto feeding; it is available with the PLC programmable controller and touch screen to control the whole working procedure automatically; efficient screw conveyor and electronic weighing device attached to the expansion chamber and stainless steel fluidised bed drier keeps inside temperature around 70?C. Applications: used for EPS packing; sandwich constructions: light outer walls; EPS external wall insulation; insulated roof; cold storage; buoyancy systems and wood substitutes.
