Engineered for reliability, each EnerGen boiler is factory insulated in engine specific sizes and design, allows multiple engine exhausts to be connected to it, is user friendly and is easy to maintain. Advantages: reduces as well as provides greater control over energy costs, improved thermal efficiency – up to 80%; reduced capital cost requirements and overall lower system operating cost; and provides increased protection of the environment and aids in conservation of natural resources. Product features: smoke tube exhaust heat recovery boilers are available as per domestic and international codes IBR, BS, CE; offers series of products for generating steam/hot water; suitable for generator set engine fuels – gas and liquid fuel; standard range for ease of coupling at back end of – oil engines up to 2 MWe single engine capacity and gas engines up to 5 MWe, single engine capacity; high purity steam – can support fluctuating steam requirements, steam pressure available – 10.54, 17.50 and 25 kg/ cm sq g; adequate safeties provided to ensure no adverse effect on genset operation; customised products can be offered for higher capacities/different engine fuel exhausts; and offers series of products for generating steam/hot water.
