The company represnts in India NTT, an Italian group, manufacturing enamelling machines for copper and aluminium wires. The NTT group includes companies such as: Nuova Tecno Tau –engineering company working on R&D, design of the machines, assembly of ovens and testing all the plant equipment; Tecno Tau – machine assembling, specially drawing machines and take up unit, manufacturing of the medium size mechanical parts; LIM – manufacturing of small mechanical parts; Miglietti – manufacturing of big size mechanical parts like cooling system frames, pulley for flat wire machines and big parts of the enamelling ovens; and ABCI – company equipped with laser cutter machine for stainless steel. Though the group specilises in enamelling machines representing the core business, it also caters to the requirements of automotive, medical, glass and electro mechanical industries, and and many others. It offers a wide range of vertical, horizontal and hydrid machines for enamelling of copper and aluminium wires, mainly the Delta range, for wires of various sizes and cross sections. All machines are designed, built and assembles with parts manufactured in-house, which guarantees the product quality during all the productive processes and after. Stringent checks are carried out on all the enamelling and annealing oven functioning, the enamel applicator charge and discharge by mean of oil joint with the enamel tanks, the stainless steel of each oven, the take up unit with the wire to control the change over and the drawing machines to be sure about their transmission. The main electrical control board and console are checked, tested and provided with necessary certificates.
