Prompt Engineering Works offers a range of flameproof and weatherproof switchgear and other electrical equipment like luminaires, junction boxes, conduit accessories and instrument enclosures. These products are suitable for use in Div I & II for gas group I, IIA, IIB & IIC as per IS 2148 and weatherproof IP-55/IP-65 as per IS 2147. The company also offers copper alloy/stainless steel as material of construction suitable for hazardous as well as corrosive area such as offshore. The range includes: control station like push buttons, fire alarms, ammeters, voltmeters, indicators, gong bells, limit switches, etc. Other products are control panel comprising DOL and Star/Delta starters, MCBs, ELCBs, rotary isolators, switch socket and plug combinations up to rating 1000 A, 550 V, 50 Hz AC or DC. Various sizes of junction boxes with all conduit accessories like cable gland, reducer, coupling, union, nipple from size 3/4" ET to 3" ET or equivalent thread, are also available.
