Tractel Tirfor India Pvt Ltd offers a new generation Electric Wire Rope Hoist, Model Chack Puma. This is innovatively manufactured with compact and robust design that makes it very sturdy and value for money. Chack Puma is designed as per IS 3938 for Class II to IV duty operation. Modular design and construction makes it easy for maintenance. Each unit such as brake, motor, rope drum and gearbox is independent. It has a unique high efficiency gearbox with helical gears sealed in lubricant for life; hence life long smooth and soundless operation. All rotary parts use either a ball or a roller antifriction heavy-duty bearing. The rope drum is manufactured from seamless pipe machined and grooved on working surface. The drum is supported on heavy-duty ball bearings. The hoist is equipped with a high powered motor for swift operation. This reduces handling time and increases productivity. To make the Chack Puma safer, the company has used heavy three-phase AC/DC disc type brakes onto the hoist motor. This will hold it locked to sustain the load if the current supply is removed accidentally or intentionally. The limit switch is designed differently. Its unique sliding type would avoid over hoisting and over towering. This limit switch is actuated by a rope guide. The product is tested on overload of 25% so as to ensure maximum safety. It is available in 7 different models up to 7.5 T capacity. This light weight and low priced product would make material handling work at ease.
