It has developed typical fume collection system for induction furnace units by using telescopic tilting hoods along with packed bed scrubber. The telescopic hoods are totally enclosed to cover the fumes emitting surface of the furnace with adjustments to switch over to another crucible as per the duration of operation. The two-stage dust collection system offered with cyclone separator and packed bed scrubber achieves maximum efficiency of filtration. Such kind of fume collection systems are working successfully with many industries in steel such as Jairaj Ispat, Meenakshi Steels, Shanti Alloys, Aryam Steels, Binju Metals, etc., to mention a few. Pulse jet bag filters are offered for the filtration of flue gases from sub merged open arc furnaces with capacities more than 2,50,000 m³/hr by using high temperature bag materials such as Ryton, Glas fibre and PTFE. The company makes a wide range of centrifugal fans for several applications.
