Orbit Machine Tools & Technologies offers 30Ton model Dumper Body Full Welding Positioner, which is designed and developed for easy loading/unloading of Tack welded/full welded body. The positioner holds the body through hydraulic cylinders and no mounting holes is required. With the help of sliding tailstock it accommodates different size bodies for the purpose of full welding and the positioner is equipped with a fail safe braking system. It is most successfully installed and being used for heavy production rates.
