ITE Engineers offers Dual Wheel Casters, Series HD 804/806. These dual wheel forged steel casters are designed for greater load carrying capacity and better distribution of floor loads while maintaining the lowest possible over height (as per series HD 800/801). The load is distributed over a wider floor area. But because of the differential movement of two wheels, the scrubbing action that arises on turning from the use of wide tread single wheel is avoided. The use of dual wheel caster is, therefore, advantageous than use of a single wheel caster with wider tread width of wheel. The base plate dimensions are also as per series HD 800. Series HD 804 casters are available only in wheels of max 50 mm width. The rigid casters are fabricated from MS plate. Finish: painted enamel.
