Polyplast offers a wide range of affordable property testing equipment of uncompromising quality. Careless handling while loading or unloading may damage containers and the contents within. In order to take remedial action at the stage of manufacture of these containers, it is necessary to find out how many falls or drops they can withstand. PolyPlast drop testers simulate the conditions for the drop from varying heights. The containers (of up to 20 litre capacity) are dropped either vertically or on the edges when the hinged flaps are thrown open by pulling a lever. The company also designs and fabricates drop testers for testing drums, crates and other products that weigh up to 300Kgs with varying heights of up to 4 metres. These testers are operated automatically with a remote control (Standard ASTM D-775).
