Drilling Units
ME offers drilling units designed for drilling, boring, reaming, countersinking, counterboring, chamfering, polishing and lapping operations. There are three models: ME-06 for drilling up to 6 mm in steel; ME-16 for drilling up to 16 mm in steel; and ME-23 for drilling up to 23 mm in steel. These units are intended for low cost automation to meet growing production demands and cost reduction in big and small industries. They can be installed horizontally, vertically and in any angular position. The timer pulleys and timer belts have been used for positive drive to avoid slip. The different speeds can be obtained easily by changing the timer pulleys and timer belts, depending on the material to be drilled.
