Richa Machine Tools offers Drilling Machines, RMT 25. Its head is made from close-grained cast iron, accurately bored, reamed and honed in perfect parallelism between the column and spindle. It is fitted with an easy clamping device for locking it on the column. Its spindle is made from forged steel to withstand distortion. It is balanced and mounted on taper roller bearings, which drive through 6 spindle-broached sleeve V-belt pulley. The additional four speeds are obtained from the gear set. Its table is proportionately designed for rigidity and sufficient surface area is provided to hold down job and can be vertically lowered or raised by means of worm and rack. Tee-slots are provided to hold the heavy jobs. The base is of sturdy design and provides sufficient area for heavy jobs. Tee-slots are provided for convenient holding. Provision has been made for a water channel around the working space.
