Accurate Engineering Industries manufactures the Omni range of drilling machine accessories for radial drilling and bench drilling machines. The quick change drill chuck is of case hardened steel and is suitable for mass production jobs as it reduces the tool change time considerably. It is available in MT-2, MT-3, MT-4, and MT-5 taper shank. The collets for the above are of case hardened steel and are hardened and precision ground as per relevant ISI standards. The split type drill/tap/centre drill sleeves are made of spring steel. These sleeves prevent the slippage of tool during operation. The drill sleeves and extension sleeves are hardened and precision ground.
