Universal adapter is designed to allow using annular cutters on magnetic base drilling machines having one touch arbors. Pilot pins are made of specially hardened steel. These pins retail their centre point sharpness for large number of drilling operations. The pins are ground on CNC machines to give smooth finish and precise circularity over the entire length. Pressurized coolant system is useful in automatically supplying coolant at the tips of annular cutters in horizontal or upside down operations.
