Swastik Compressors offers Drill DTH and Rotary Machine. This is a pickup mounted drill rig, which is compact, lightweight and all hydraulically operated. This is ideally developed and suited for both DTH-Hammer drilling in rock formation or rotary drilling in soft formation.
- Drill hole diameter capacity: 80 to 115 mm
- Hole Depth Capacity: 100 Meters
- Drill hole diameter capacity: 100 to 200 mm
- Hole depth capacity: 120 Meters
- Hydraulic Leveling Jacks 1 at front side and 2 at rear side
- Drill Pipe diameter 60 mm and length 2 Meters
- Rotary Head Driving System: Hydraulic Motor & Gear Box, RPM: 0 to 100 Max Feed System is provided with adequate travel for handling drill pipes up to 2 Meter long. The Feed is actuated by a single hydraulic cylinder and chain, roller arrangement
- Steel fabricated Drill Mast 10½ Feet long, breakout table of 6†diameter opening. Mast raised and lowered by a hydraulic cylinder with built in check valve
- Hydraulic system has gear pump powered by pickup engine and through centre gearbox. System pressure so that operator can stand at any suitable position
- Hydraulic oil cooling by a tubular type cooler and fan drive by hydraulic motor
- Triplex piston type water injection pump driven by hydraulic motor and V-Belt pulley system. Maximum displacement 80 LPM at 200 PSI
- Hydraulic cylindrically operated Breakout Wrench system assists making and breaking drill pipe threaded connections
- Hydraulic Motor driven centrifugal mud pump having 2†suction hose and 1½ “ delivery hose
- Machine is fitted with lubricator for drip lubrication fully adjustable oil flow control for DTH Hammer
- Drill Pipe Stand steel fabricated fitted for keeping drill pipes
