Double Flank Gear Rolling Tester
Mikrotech offers double flank gear rolling tester. Model K 1 is useful for checking of total composite error, tooth to tooth error, PCD runout, and backlash of gears. It is fitted with a high centre attachment to test shaft gears on a single setting by varying the height of master gear position. Test gears are rotated manually through a gear mechanism or with the help of motor. Minimum and maximum gear dia are 60-350 mm, centre distance 60 - 320 mm, and shaft gear length up to 500 mm.
