Reifenhauser (India) Marketing Limited provides a new generation 36D double venting twin screw extruder that is useful for PVC pipe extrusion. This new generation extruder gives 17 per cent higher output compared with 26D machine. It allows processing with significantly lower compression ratio in high compression phase and increases output at the same time. This lower compression ratio sharply reduces the wear on screws and barrel while processing highly filled material. The output range is from 490 to 1,400 kg/hour. The machine is available with two screw geometries for apparent density 600-650 g/l or 700-750 g/l.
