Double flank gear rolling tester from Mark Quality Control Equipment, New Delhi, is designed for measurement of external and internal gears and check tooth-to-tooth error, gear composite error in all type of gears - spur gear, bevel gears and worm wheels, with modules from 0.1 to 2.5 mm. Two gears are meshed with each other without backlash and rotated; changes in the centre distance occurring from tooth-to-tooth are denoted as composite error. It is also possible to check pitch error, profile deviation, and flank shape error.
