Applied Technosystems is the exclusive distributor for Mark-First, USA for their Dot Pin Marking Systems. The MARK-FIRST Dot Pin Markers come in two controller models: AC500- WSWG-LCD Screen based controllers and AC250-PC Based controllers. Herein PC is required only for programming, Regular running can be done without PC. These controllers can run all marking head models. These markers are available with two types of pins like:
Pneumatic pin - This pin is moved by pneumatic drive pressure. DOT Pin is recommended for marking on irregular surfaces or deep marking applications.
Vibration Pin: (like Microprecursion) This pin is also moved by pneumatic drive pressure. Recommended for fast marking or marking on rather smooth surfaces.
Electric pin - The pin is moved electrically by drive solenoid. Air pressure is not required.

Soon to be launched: Scribe Markers range and Marking Heads with option of Electric Pin or Pneumatic pin in same head.

• Marking Heads
  • All Marking heads have Stainless Steel Stay plates for protection of inner mechanism and parts from Dust, Moisture and Oil fumes
  • All Marking Heads use highly reliable Japanese Motors, LM Guides and MAC(Germany) Solenoid Valves
  • Print Command can be given using external push buttons attachable to Marking head as well as to Controller
  • Marking Heads come with various Window sizes to suit most applications – 50X90mm, 120X160mm, 25X60mm, 25, 120mm, 300X400mm
  • Both Portable as well as Bench Model Marking Heads are offered as standard.
