Allied Solutions offers the DGM Gravix Gravimetric Dosing series developed by Moretto, which ensures precision levels with no equal even in presence of high vibrations and in the heaviest uses. With this range of products Moretto offers the smallest 6-component dosing unit in the market and the biggest one specially developed for PET-flakes for productions up to 5.500 kg. The range has more than 1000 models suitable for production from 30 to 12.000 kg/hr with dosages up to 12 materials. The weighing algorithm Vibration Immunity System (VIS) ensures a perfect dosage even in presence of high vibrations and for installations on the blowing machines. The reaction time is fifty time faster than the one of the common dosing units and the large available hoppers range and their different finishing make the Gravix range versatile and suitable for different applications: medical, powder, flakes, high temperatures, anti wear, anti static. The hoppers are simply removable with no tools and completely inspectionable. The double eyelid discharging system, the free weighing hopper and the Rotopulse microdosing system with digital technology make the Gravix the perfect machine. The Super Easy Touch View is a coloured interface with objects programming extremely easy to use and intuitive for the machine and the process management.
