Hensel offers DK Cable Junction Boxes, which are made of thermoplastic material and are available in polycarbonate and polystyrene. These are impact resistant, corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water/tight, insulated and shock proof and moreover they can withstand a temperature band of -40oC to +100oC. These boxes are flame retardant and self extinguishing, which conforms to a glow wire test of 750oC for polystyrene and 960oC for polycarbonate enclosures as per IEC EN 60695 international standards.
