Emco offers Distribution Transformers. The company manufactures distribution transformers from 5 kVA to 500 kVA, up to 36 kV class. These are available in following versions: 1) free breathing oil-filled; 2) hermetically sealed oil-filled with plate type radiators; 3) hermetically sealed oil-filled with corrugated tanks.

Features and benefits: Painting system as per customer requirement like epoxy coat chrome, hot zinc spray coat, polyester powder paint system, polyurethane paint system; fully computer aided design including software generated output for production assemblies; modern conveyor system manufacturing plant; vacuum filling of oil.

Aluminium/copper wound with class-A insulation. Transformer designated to withstand short circuit/impulse test in accordance to ANSI, IEC, BS & IS. Temperature rise will be 60/65ºC for oil/winding respectively over a maximum ambient temperature as per ANSI.
