Vinyas Microsystems is engaged in design, development and manufacturing of Process Control Instruments and LED Display Systems. It offers a host of process indicators and controllers to suit almost every need of the industry, be it temperature, load, pressure, displacement, level, voltage, current or timing. The products range from the simplest 3-1/2 digit DPMs (2000 counts) to the high precision, programmable 5-1/2 digit (200000 count) indicators and controllers, including portable battery operated indicators, microcontroller based smart DPMs, LCD meters specifically designed for UPS and other power indications, data loggers and slave displays in variety of sizes. The company also has a range LED display systems like moving message displays, information decimation systems, jumbo digital clocks, etc. Most of these are also available as OEM kits. These products have proven to be reliable and also economical. With in-house design and development, production and service, the company has the expertise to design, develop and manufacture products as per customer requirements.

- Available in two different pitches – 7.5 mm x 7.5 mm and 10 mm x 12.5 mm
- Colours – red, green and yellow
- Modular construction – basic board is 16 x 32 LED matrix
- Different LED sizes – 3 mm or 5 mm
- Variety of visual effect like – static, blinking, scrolling (right to left, up to down, etc)
- Up to 30 different messages can be down loaded from the PC to the display
- Each message can be up to 200 characters length (may vary with the size of the font)
- Messages can be sequenced as per user requirement
- Serial interface (RS232 or RS485) for PC connectivity
- PC, software to create and edit messages and to down load to the display
- Any font, any language available in the PC can be utilised to create the messages
- Logo and other graphics can be created and downloaded to the display; and
- Time can be included as an option to display at regular intervals
