SBEM is a manufacturer of 100% indigenous level measuring instruments since 1978 and one of first SSIs to obtain ISO certification in India. The company offers a displacer level switch, Model 137D/P/L. Features: top mounted; mainly used for liquids with density 0.5 to 1.2 gm/cc; set point adjustability over entire measuring range by adjusting displacer position; set point field adjustable over entire cable length up to 20 m; pressure rating 10 kg/cm2 or 40 kg/cm2; and CMRI, CCOE approved switch for hazardous area. Application: it is suitable for non-corrosive duties; it is suitable for measuring range up to 20 meters; and useful for temperature range from 0 to 300°C, with higher temperature on request. Specifications: switch rating – 5 A @ 230 V AC resistive; temperature – 0ºC to 150ºC, 0ºC to 350ºC (optional); pressure – 10/40 kg/cm3; density – 0.5 – 1.2 kg/cm3; and protection – IP 67.
