Displacer Level Switch

Displacer level switch, Model 137D/P/L is a top mounted switch mainly used for liquids with density 0.5 to 1.2 gm/cc. Salient features include: set point adjustability over entire measuring range by adjusting displacer position; and set point field adjustable over entire cable length up to 20 m. The pressure rating is 10 kg/cm2 or 40 kg/cm2. These switches are CMRI, CCOE approved for hazardous area applications. These are also suitable for non-corrosive duties, for measuring range up to 20 mtrs; and useful for temperature range from 0 to 300°C. Higher temperature rating is available on request. Brief specifications: switch rating – 5 A @ 230V AC resistive; temperature – 0oC to 150°C, 0oC to 350oC (optional); pressure – 10/ 40 kg/cm2; density – 0.5 -1.2 kg/dm2; and protection – IP67.
